The newly appointed commissioner of Rumbek Central County on Friday issued immediate order banning commercial sex work and night clubbing in Rumbek town.
Manyiel Riak Manyiel also prohibits movement of people in town with guns in non uniform, Radio Good News reports.
He instructs security organs to be deployed in all sectors.
No shooting at night and in marriage ceremonies, commissioner Riak orders.
He warns alcohol brewers and sellers to stop the business immediately.
Commissioner Riak also bans hate speech and traditional songs inciting violence among communities.
Riak’s ten orders were effective from the ninth of December 2016.
Violators will be imprisoned for three months.
