The Catholic Archbishop of Juba Paolino Lukudu Loro in June appointed St Theresa’s Second Assistant Parish Priest Chaplain of Pilgrimage.
Fr Victor Robba told Radio Bakhita on Tuesday that his office would be responsible for the delegation going to Uganda and other parts of the world to strengthen them and share peace messages.
He says a structure is in place for the office and that pilgrims are expected to follow regulations to guide them.
Fr Robba calls on experienced personnel in the field of pilgrimage to work closely with his office.
He pledges to put pastoral work as his first priority, calling on Christians to avoid negative criticism.
