Catholic Diocese of Torit Apostolic Administrator on Tuesday calls on South Sudanese ahead of the fourth independence anniversary to meditate to God upon atrocities committed against God and one another to receive pardon.
Monsignor Thomas Oliha decries the killing and displacement of compatriots within and beyond South Sudan, Radio Emmanuel reported.
He pleads for reconciliation and justice for all atrocities committed against fellow citizens.
