United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs or OCHA reported that funding for humanitarian logistics remains low though the dry season is a critical opportunity to repair infrastructure and pre-position supplies.
The Office in its week update CRN got on Monday said partners were responding to a cholera outbreak in Eastern Equatoria and that since February19, there were no new cases reported.
It reported that partners condemned the abduction of 89 children, who were taking their exams in Wau Shilluk, Upper Nile State.
OCHA said about 600 people new arrivals from South Kordofan in Sudan were registered in Yida, Unity State.
