Ugandan Minister of Internal Affairs on Friday landed in Juba to meet his counterpart Aleu Ayieng Aleu to review border bilateral issues affecting South Sudan-Uganda relations.

Ugandan Ambassador to South Sudan Robert Rusoke told journalists in Juba that Aronda Nyakairima visit was designed to discuss border security between the two countries.

He added that it is a follow up of several meetings held in either border sides, denying that there was no crisis between the two countries.

Ambassador Rusoke said they would keep reviewing their Memorandum of Understanding to build mechanisms for peace.

The meeting is expected to start on Saturday today in Juba.
