Prison Services in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State harvested 54 bags of processed maize from its farm.
Prison’s Inspector Gore Wurj√∂ K√∂nyi told Radio Easter that the inmates produced maize through its reformatory policy of making them productive than staying indoors.
He said the product would be stored and used to feed the inmates.
The Inspector revealed a plan to lay 50 thousand bricks to address accommodation overcrowding.
