Fuel shortage hits Rumbek town with eight petrol stations shutting down, rendering hundreds of vehicles off road.
A motorcycle rider Samuel Mabor Makoi in Rumbek Central County expressed disappointment over shortage, Good News Radio reported.
He lamented that the fuel shortage hinders private and public activities in the state.
Mr. Mabor disclosed that motorcycle transport charge has risen from seven South Sudanese Pounds to 35 South Sudanese pounds.
He expressed fears that fuel shortage might cause price rise in market if the situation continues for another week.

He appeals to government to fix impassable roads for easy flow of goods and services to local communities.
