Apostolic Administrator of the Catholic Diocese of Torit urged political leaders to distribute national resources equally for balanced economic development through out the country.
Monsignor Thomas Oliha said in his Homily on Easter Sunday that leaders should avoid corruption, tribalism and nepotism in sharing God given resources, Emmanuel Radio reported.
The Apostolic Administrator attributed the ongoing conflict in the Country to oil being a curse, saying the River Nile could be the next cause of war in South Sudan.
Monsignor Oliha said cattle valued as wealth has turned out to be another cause of death through out the nation including Eastern Equatoria.
He added that due to greed some people raid and kill to acquire more cattle.
The Apostolic Administrator called for reconciliation among political leaders in the country.
