Yei River County Commissioner on Easter Sunday recognized Catholic Radio Network for establishing Easter Radio in the county as life transforming broadcaster.
Juma David Augustine said Easter Radio is not only a radio for communication but also for transformation of lives of many people within its coverage.
He pitied the limited coverage of the radio, calling for possible extension to benefit all people in Yei and beyond Central Equatorial State.
Easter Radio Director Fr Emmanuel Sebit Lodongo asked Christians to pray and support the radio as it made four years since its establishment.
He revealed that the radio ranks number two in the state according to a survey carried out by Jica and other organizations.
Easter Radio was established on January 21, 2010 and officially went on air in April 20, 2010.
