Civil society activists on Saturday recommended the media to be added as the forth arm of the government as stipulated in the Transitional Constitution.
One of the participants Yuggu Charles Christopher said pillars of governance should be clearly independent from other pillars when executing duties to avoid overlaps.
He said lack of power separation among executive, judiciary and parliament causes irresponsibility.
Mr Charles was speaking to CRN after a two-day constitutional recommendation workshop at Juba Civic Engagement Centre.
