LABOUR MINISTRY TRAINS OFFICERS TO FIGHT CORRUPTION

South Sudan National Ministry of Labour and Public Service is training establishment officers to fight corruption and improve timely salary payment to civil servants.

Michael Hakim, Payroll Manager at National Ministry of Labour said the training aimed at improving their skills on payroll management to prevent corruption and speed up payment of salaries, Radio Emmanuel reported.

Mr. Hakim disclosed that payrolls will be transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Labour and Public Service.

The four days training of establishment in Torit followed similar exercises in the other nine states of South Sudan.
