Yei won the football and netball competitions in inter-county games for students from Morobo, Yei River and Lainya.
Yei girls beat their counterparts from Morobo 31 to 1 on a netball final while in football Yei defeated Morobo boys 4-2, Easter Radio reported.The matches were played in Yei Freedom Square on Wednesday.
Yei County Executive Director Cosmas Lokiko presented the trophies to the winning teams.
Ibis Monitoring and Evaluation Training coordinator, Kenyi Abdu, said at the end of the competition that the games meant to encourage all the Accelerated Learning Programs Centres to organize sports activities.
Mr Abdu added that sports build good bodies and good relationship.
A huge crowd watched the final matches with enthusiasm cheering the players on.
