A South Sudanese child soldier turned international hip hop artist said people should vote whether to keep death penalty in the permanent Constitution.
Emmanuel Jal held a press conference on Wednesday in Juba about his We Want Peace Campaign and the gala dinner and concert in Juba on Thursday and Friday respectively.Answering a CRN question on death penalty, he said he had just arrived in the country and there were many things to look at.
He said people should choose on a referendum whether to execute criminals or keep them in prison.
