An inter-church peace team that aimes at bringing harmony among Acholi and Ma’di communities in Magwi County today went to Moli-Tukuro.
The team that comprises of religious leaders has held several meetings with the communities since Wednesday at Magwi and Panyikwara.The peace committee will meet Ma’di communities at Moli-Tokuro where the first victims of the land conflict were killed and then Opar, the point of the recent killings.
The inter-religious peace committee is also accompanied by a team of government officials and members of the National Legislative Assembly on a fact finding mission in Magwi County.
