A French delegation composed of two Bishops, heads of Catholic charities and two MP’s met this morning with the Bishops of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba.
The delegation met with Archbishop Paolino Lokudu Loro and Auxiliary Bishop Santo Laku Pio, Bakhita Radio reported.The delegation members said they came to South Sudan to become familiar with the situation of churches and the challenges they face particularly in post referendum period.
The archdiocesan secretary general and four heads of office were also present at the meeting.
The delegation was expected to travel to Torit this afternoon to meet with the local Church.
