Central Equatoria assembly chief accountant blamed government institutions for low collection of tax revenue within the state.

James Juma is the chairperson of the Public Accounts Sector at the State Assembly. He accused Traffic Police, law enforcers and the State Revenue Authority of encouraging tax evasion.

The state Legislative assembly passed the 2011 budget and assessed the overall performance of the various government institutions in 2010.
