Eastern Equatoria State parliament starts tomorrow its second session after MPs returned from the referendum campaigns.
The work resumed today but speaker Ambrose Ohucholimoi postponed the session until tomorrow due to the low number of the MPs who were in the House.The speaker added that the parliament will deliberate on the conduct of the polling and the preliminary results from the referendum.
Clerk Kawu Kawa told Emmanuel Radio that the parliament will debate and approve the 2011 budget.
He added that the budget is a vey important document and has to go through four readings to be approved by the lawmakers after serious debate.
Mr. Kawa said the budget will be passed before the end of this month.
