Chan Reec Madut expressed his excitement to journalists after touring polling centres in Kapoeta County and Torit town yesterday, Emmanuel Radio reported.Justice Reec said the response of voters during the first two days was impressive, indicating that the ballot could be complete within two or three days.
Justice Reec called on people who have not voted yet to turn up immediately, saying the polling closes on Saturday.
