Pupils in Juba were in a cheerful mood after completing their Primary Leaving Examinations this morning.
The Primary Leaving Certificate in Central Equatorial kicked off last week on Monday and ended today with pupils sitting for basic mathematics, Bakhita Radio reported.Emmanuela Jacob is a pupil of Juba Model Basic School. She said the exams were easy for the students who completed the full school programme.
Angelo George from Usratuna Basic School said the exams were difficult only to pupils who did not study their books.
Stephen Beda is from Saint Joseph Basic School assured the exams were good and he hoped to score a high percentage.
Close to 7,000 pupils, including over 2,000 girls, sat for these Basic School examinations in Central Equatoria.
