Jackson Abugo Gama is a member of Central Equatoria State Referendum Task Force and Advisor on political affairs.
In an exclusive interview with Radio Easter, Mr. Abugo said the training is to prepare the citizens for the January 9 referendum.
He said that two participants are selected from each payam in the four counties because in the April Election many citizens missed civic education in the rural areas adding that they did not vote well.
Mr. .Abugu added that the two representatives from each payam will handle the civic education in the Boma level so that they can clearly explain to the people what referendum is.
He said referendum is not matter of SPLM party but it is matter of individual southern Sudanese and citizens should not confuse it with an election which has party allegiance.
