Olivia Lomoro, undersecretary in the GoSS ministry of health pointed out that although the government is trying to address issues of HIV/Aids, Malaria, and tuberculosis a bigger role and responsibility lays on the people of south Sudan to participate in improving health and avoid relying on the government.
The minister of health, Luka Monoja highlighted that consumers contribute a lot to improving health care through national health insurances.
Mr. Monoja stressed that people in southern Sudan are too much expectant of the government to provide all health services for free which is impossible.
