Urban Water Cooperation in Wau has resumed providing water after it stopped operations for four months due to lack of fuel.
Area Manager of urban water corporation Joseph Akol Anei said his office received fuel from Juba headquarters, but that the amount received would not allow full operations, Voice of Hope reported.Mr Akol explained that the cooperation will be always facing fuel challenges because the revenue is not enough to fully operate the station.
Mr Akol advised the citizens who needed new connections to go to Wau Urban Water Corporation office to be advised how to get water services.
Mr Akol urged all customers to cooperate at all times with the office by paying their water bills otherwise they will be disconnected.
