The youth in Lakes State have expressed expectations that the year 2013 would be a year of getting job opportunities so that all qualified youth in the state are employed by the governments and the NGOs.
Sansiro de Jongror told Good News Radio on Saturday that he expects some job opportunities in the New Year.He also hoped that the year 2013 will end innocent killings and the road robbers will stop their practice.
Isaac Meen Mathiang expects that the demand of high dowries in Lakes State will reduce such that the poor people with fewer dowries can get a chance to marry in the New Year.
He said there are many girls abandoned in the State just because parents demand high amount of dowries which scares youth from marrying.
Other speakers expressed mixed expectations with some expecting total peace in the New Year.
