Angelo Lubang, Yei Programme Manager said the main aim of the office was to legalize the organization’s activities in Yei and Lainya Counties.
He said the organization did feasibility studies in Yei and Tore and has put education as the first priority for national development as one components of livelihood, child protection and disaster related issues.
Yei County Commissioner representative, Tongun Wani Jada reiterated that the government is committed to work with the organization in order todeliver services to the people.
He urged the unit to apply for a piece of land so that it is given a plot for operation to reduce the renting burden.
Mr Wani pledged 500 pounds to support children’s activities in schools.
