Pascale Bandindi, who headed the delegation from Juba, read the mandate written by the SPLM Secretary General Pagan Amum to all the state Governors, Anisa FM reported.

The document urges party officials to interact with the people at the grassroots to get their views and suggestions before the final documents are presented to the National Political Bureau.

Acting Western Equatoria SPLM Chairperson Bukulu Edward outlined the SPLM’s mission and vision to unite all the people of South Sudan.

Governor Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro urged SPLM members to be the first to know the achievements of the ruling party in the state.
