Delays and cuts in salaries are a dangerous situation generating discontent and hopelessness in South Sudan.
The alert comes from Catholic Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro of Juba.
He said people do not understand where and why their salaries were cut while others did not receive them for the past three months.
Archbishop Lukudu remarked that although the Government is trying its best, Juba remains without fuel, electricity and running water.
The Catholic Archbishop of Juba made these statements while welcoming the participants in the SCBC plenary assembly that started Wednesday morning in Juba.
