The community should stop all forms of violence against women.
The order comes from the SPLM-N chairman in Heiban County of Nuba Mountains.Younan Al-Barut has warned the community to stop violence against the Nuba women.
He said when a man married a wife he did not bring her to his home to become his slave.
Mr Al-Barut strongly warned those husbands who beat their wives.
According to him, any misunderstanding between husband and wife should be brought to justice.
Mr Al-Barut added that he was deeply concerned about the future of girls and women in the Nuba culture.
He condemned strongly the rising of pornography in the main centres of Nuba Mountains.
