South Sudan appointed ambassadors are undergoing diplomatic courses in various locations around the world in order to fulfil their duties in foreign countries.
Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Elias Nyamlel told Bakhita Radio on Wake Up Juba programme that the ambassadors have to undergo a course in diplomacy in order to meet the required international standards.He added that the ambassadors must be well trained in order to adapt to the diplomatic arena because they represent the President of the Republic in their respective countries of assignment.
Professor Nyamlel revealed that the ambassadors are under training in a number of countries, including South Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan.
He revealed that ambassadors are important because they help to build international relations and cooperation with the countries of the world.
