The Vicar General of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba has told church workers today that the progress and image of the institution was on their hands.

Nicholas Kiri told the archdiocesan heads of department that any progress and success in the Archdiocese will only come from the efforts exerted by church workers.

He added that the image of the church is the work of its officials.

Fr Kiri singled out time management as the major pitfall to avoid in 2012.

He called on workers to team up and share information in order to improve their performance.

Fr Kiri urged the church workers to learn from weaknesses of the pass in order to determine a better future.

He made these statements at the annual evaluation meeting by the Archdiocese’s workers.
