The Secretary General of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba has called upon church workers to avoid placing person interest above the interest of the institution.
Martin Ochaya Lino said the interest of the archdiocese should cover all individual interests and individuals interest should be placed within the common goal of the archdiocese.He explained that capacity building is important to impart new knowledge and skills and to strengthen the capacity to deliver.
Fr Ohaya called on the workers in the archdiocese to own the job, duties and responsibilities entrusted to them by the administration.
He explained that a worker enjoys his job when he owns it and does not do it because he or she is told so.
Fr Ochaya was speaking this morning at the annual Archdiocesan evaluation meeting in Juba.
