Mr Suba described the meeting as new a chapter for the payam with the civil society taking up development projects instead of waiting for the Government or NGOs to build the payam.
Mr Suba explained that the meeting also looked into issues like quality of teachers and schools, health, water and sanitation, land demarcation and agriculture and forest development.
The Commissioner added issues of security were also discussed because it is a dynamic force in all development projects.
