South Sudan employees’ chamber of justice expressed commitment and determination to ensure a conducive working environment for every civil servant in Lakes State.

Joseph Akot Mabor told Good News Radio that his Ministry is engaged in lobbying for justice, equality and fairness for all government employees.

Mr. Akot said his office carries out arbitration and counselling whenever there are differences at a work place.

He encouraged the employees to report their complains to his office and discouraged the habit of one taking the law into their own hands instead of seeking an amicable solution.

Mr. Akot also warned against office abuse calling for mutual understanding between employers and employees for better service delivery.

South Sudan employees’ chamber of justice established its branch in Lakes state in 2009.
