A Yei women’s leader called upon all her sisters in business to come up with plans to assess their progress.

Sarah Natalina, who chairs Yei River County Women’s Association, told Easter Radio that she met today with businesswomen to know their progress in trade and share ideas about the way forward.

She said some women have big shops and one owes a supermarket while others strive to keep their small businesses working.

Ms. Natalina thanked the women for turning up for the meeting even though it is the first of its kind.

She said the exchange of ideas will ease her work and encourages cooperation between her office and businesswoman.

Ms. Natalina urged the people of Yei River County to remain calm as they wait for the final results of the referendum.

The meeting was attended by 46 businesswomen, including the vice chairperson of Yei Chamber of Commerce, Lucy Concy.
