He says lack of mobile network is giving a negative impression of the situation in Yei.
Vivacell, the remaining telecommunication network recently joint Zain, MTN and Gemtel and off-service.
Citizens and civil society organizations in Yei recently made the same appeal to the companies and the national ministry of Telecommunication and Postal Services.
Fuel was attributed as a major cause to the blackout of Vivacell network according to officials.
Radio Easter could not get Vivacell officials to verify the information.
