Central Equatoria government intends to introduce litter bins to keep Juba clean, a minister announced today.
Central Equatoria minister for Information, Culture, Youth and Tourism Management, Francis Barson Yosa, told SCR News today that rules and regulations guiding the initiative would be formulated to ensure that right measures are taken against law breakers.
Mr. Yosa mentioned that the various ministries of Central Equatoria were allocated specific Juba areas to clean today.
Juba town gets dirtier by the day due to unnecessary and uncontrolled disposal of rubbish in the streets that can cause health problems to city dwellers.
