Talking to SCR News, Wani Ladu Logoju, Director of Examinations and Assessment in Central Equatoria, said the examinations this year are scheduled for December due to the upcoming referendum.
Mr. Ladu added that policing the examinations and markings would require adequate police force, which he said would be busy during the referendum period.
Mr. Ladu said the Catholic Printing Press in Juba will examinations papers for other states of Sudan in February.
He revealed that the Secondary Leaving Examinations will maintain its previous date of March.
The Primary Leaving Certificates are scheduled to take place on December 13, 2010.
