Michael Lopuke Lotyam said the workshop is an annual work plan which brings in participants from different education departments in the state.
Mr. Lopuke said among the issues of concern for review by the participants were the shortfalls in the implementation of the previous plans.
The participants will also make preparations focusing on the post-referendum period.
Mr. Lopuke is optimistic that the participants would deliberate on several factors affecting the ministry, cover key component concerns raised during the campaign period and draw policy statements to be presented to the Legislative Assembly.
State Director General for the ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Peter Sundar Lohide, said the sector registered many achievements this year with the help of partners.
