South Sudan Law Society Legal Aid Officer in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State says many citizens act in wrong side due to limited knowledge or lack of access to laws.
Data John Losukuwa says the limited knowledge on South Sudan laws and Acts may not allow citizens to follow their rights to share resources exploited.
He says few copies of South Sudan laws in the lower levels and failure to translate into local languages have also contributed to improper implementation.
The legal aid officer told Radio Easter in an exclusive interview on Monday evening in Yei Municipality.
