Norwegian Church Aid or NCA on Wednesday started three-day 2015 partners’ annual planning meeting in Torit, Eastern Equatoria State.
The meeting which concluded on Friday recommended strengthening existing equality, timely release of funds and reporting, Radio Emmanuel reported.
It also resolved clear communication on delays of funds, project implementation time increment and partners to discuss on best ways.
The meeting agreed to improve monitoring and evaluation between the organization and partners and a joint needs’ assessment.
They requested partners to submit quality and timely proposals and uphold memorandum of understanding as another way forward.
NCA Area Program Manager Pax Apwoya praised the participants especially those from far areas for turning up.
The meeting between NCA and partners in Torit attracted over 20 participants from different areas of Eastern Equatoria State.
