Auxiliary Bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba ordained two seminarians into deacons on Sunday at St Theresa’s Cathedral in Juba.
Bishop Santo Loku Pio told the congregation that Joseph Wani and Jackson Yugusuk said they were ready to go ahead despite difficulties, Bakhita Radio reported.
He advised the two deacons to pray hard so that God blesses them and be strong in rendering services.
Bishop Loku advised the deacons to keep the word of God and be people of services.
He instructed them to be kind to all people of God and carry duties honestly because they would be raised as ministers of charity, Gospel, sacrifice of the people.
The Catholic prelate advised them to emulate the lives of Saints Peter and Paul while doing their activities.
