Ezo County of Western Equatoria State Commissioner on Tuesday issued two page document ordering cattle keepers to tie their livestock including goats, sheep, and pigs to avoid destruction of crops or face charges.

Moudie Albert ordered police to arrest animal keepers whose animals are found lingering around and charge them not less than 150 South Sudanese Pounds per animal and compensate the loss, Anisa Radio reported.

He said the document gave livestock owners seven days to tie their animals.

The order banned unnecessary sitting under trees and playing of dominoes from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
