Kajo-Keji Civil Hospital Director General decried the condition of operation theatre, describing it horrible.
Dr Rufas Ambrose Bojo told CRN in an interview that they are suffering in infection control because patients face postoperative infections after surgery.
He added that the state of the theatre would affect patients, taking long to recover due to the infection.
The Director General lamented that whenever heavy rains come, children admitted in the hospital are moved from place to place due to leakage of some wards including paediatric ward.
He added that they could not run generator for twenty four hours due to irregular supply of fuel, leaving medical wards in darkness.
Kajo-Keji County Commissioner Henry Kala Sabuni called for urgent peace to enable government focus on development aspects to deliver health services to citizens.
The officials made the statement on Friday while receiving medical supplies from well wishing organisations.
