Eastern Equatoria State Education Minister said the conflict over Kesangor Payam does not hinder construction of Lopyet Primary School in the area.
Michael Lopuke Lotyam said education is much needed service in the country, despite political territorial wrangles in the nation.
The minister believes education is a tool to prevent conflict in the Country through elimination of illiteracy and ignorance that often lock up citizens in conflicts.
