SPLM-North spokesman for the negotiating team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia said his party and Sudan government are willing to implement a peace deal signed in June 28 2011.
Mubarak Abdurrahman Ardol emailed to Voice of Peace on Monday, saying the deal signed by SPLM-North Chairman Malik Agar and Presidential Assistant, Nafie Ali Nafie was a proposal for the talks that failed in February 18 2014.
He revealed that SPLM-North proposed to form four committees that would follow the June 28 agreement in accordance to United Nations Security Council resolution 2046.
