Yei River County teachers broke their long time silence over delayed salaries, revealing they are suffering in faith.
Nyongwe Primary School Deputy Head Teacher Sebit Jacob Henry said government failed to fulfill a promise in January for effective payment of salaries and allowances.
He cried out that they had not received February and March salaries up to the present time.
Mr Jacob said government’s failure to effect payment of allowances as promised for teachers was very demoralizing.
