Tonj South County Animal Resources and Fisheries Director said they were cleaning the store and arranging drugs to start planning animals’ vaccination.
Joseph Lual said last week they trained vaccinators to start their work in Payams and Bomas, Don Bosco Radio reported.
Mr Lual said vaccinators would be informed by their team leaders to collect vaccines to begin their work.
The Director said town vaccinators would go to all homes to immunize animals and that vaccines would be brought from the State headquarters.
Mr Lual advised Greater Tonj communities to be ready and allow their animals and chickens to be vaccinated.
The Director urged the entire community to cooperate with vaccinators to maintain their animals’ health.
