South Sudan Council of Churches ended a two-day peace conference between Rup and Kuei clans of Rumbek Central County of Lakes State.
SSCC Peace Building Officer Casmiro Monday Gabriel told Good News Radio on Tuesday that the participants of six payams to the conference resolved to peacefully co-existence and live in harmony with other communities.
They agreed to talk to the people whose relatives were killed to stop revenge and forgive one another.
He explained that the participants resolved that chiefs have to bring all murders to justice.
Mr Gabriel said the participants agreed to empower Gelweng leaders to curbs crimes within the cattle camp.
The Peace Building Officer said the conference resolved to form subcommittee of peacemakers from the six payams to travel to all payams to dialogue with youths.
