Some Kajo-Keji residents disapproved the removal of the former County Commissioner by gubernatorial decree followed by a replacement early this month.
Opinion leader Abusa Loyangi told CRN that the removal of Ben Yengi from commissionership and subsequent replacement by Henry Kala Sabuni was ill-will.
He pointed out that it was against the people’s wishes.
Mr Loyangi likened the replacement to an exchange of a bull for a rat.
The disappointed opinion leader said citizens were eagerly waiting to see Mr Yengi’s promises of service delivery only to hear of his removal and replacement by a non-equal.
Sources said the new Commissioner for Kajo-Keji County would be received in office on Saturday despite lack of enthusiasm among residents.
