The President of the South Sudan Football Association, Francis Amin Michael, participated in a high-level consultative meeting on the FIFA Forward Programme 4.0 held in Nairobi, Kenya.
During the meeting, he joined regional football leaders for discussions convened by FIFA, aimed at strengthening investment principles across key areas. These include infrastructure development, capacity building, national team support, and competitive growth. The initiative underscores FIFA’s commitment to providing consistent and increased financial support to its member associations.
The consultative session also serves as a precursor to the upcoming FIFA Series Finals 2026, scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Nyayo National Stadium.
Also in attendance were Acting CAF Secretary General Samson Adamu, alongside FIFA representatives led by Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer and Director for Africa Gelson Fernández.
