State Governor urges youth to avoid destructive violence

The governor of Western Lakes State is calling on young people to shun violence and support The Revitalized Peace Pact.
 
Good News Radio quotes Mahmoud Solomon during Bhar El Ghazal Youth League regional conference applauding youth for being the majority in the struggle for freedom and peace in the country.
 
The governor recalled how young people spearheaded the movement during the war with Sudan.
 
He adds the youth are still the majority and can mobilizing people for peace to reign in this country. 
 
‘It is important to mention that, one of the strengths in our party is that, the SPLM loves youth and the youth loves SPLM, congratulation. Youth have been the majority in the movement and still the majority to peace today’.
 
The governor urges youth of Rumbek and South Sudan at large to stand strong to disseminate the revitalized peace agreement to people in all levels of community.
 
The Governor was delivering his speech during Bhar El Ghazal Youth League regional conference in Rumbek.
